As a CDL-A Driver, you will safely transport nursery stock to customers, ensuring timely and professional deliveries. This role involves some physical labor, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver plants and materials.
- Load and unload deliveries (physical labor required).
- Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Clean driving record - absolutely no infractions within the past 5 years.
- 3+ years of recent driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
- Friendly attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of nursery/plant material is a bonus, but not required.
- $1,200/week pay.
- Home most evenings.
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
- Potential for seasonal bonuses.
