Location: Kingsville, TX 78363 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary Assignment, Estimated 8-12 Weeks

We are seeking a  Customer Solutions Representative (CSR)to support individuals accessing workforce and employment services within the local Career Center. In this role, you will work directly with job seekers, providing guidance, resources, and support as they pursue employment opportunities and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, virtually, and in person to assess employment goals and workforce service needs.
• Provide information regarding workforce programs, community resources, and available services.
• Review job opportunities and refer qualified candidates to employment openings.
• Guide customers with resume preparation, job applications, interview skills, and professional workplace expectations.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, community partners, and internal team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure continued engagement and successful service delivery.
• Support Career Center performance goals and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce services and customer outcomes.
• Complete documentation and other assigned administrative responsibilities.

 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record required.
• Six months of customer service, workforce development, career counseling, case management, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and customers from varying backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems, software applications, and workforce programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Physical Requirements
