Clinical Territory Associate
Intuitive Surgical
This is a 24-month developmental role supporting the Phoenix sales team across technical, clinical, and sales functions. The Clinical Territory Associate will assist with surgeon training, customer technical services, and territory management while preparing for a quota-bearing position.
Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic program development
- Conduct technical in-services and training for operating room staff and surgeons
- Present advanced technology benefits to existing robotic system users to support team quotas
- Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment strategies
- Handle administrative duties including sales reporting, activity outcomes, and expense management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience (military) or outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
