Cashier & Processing Pro - Flexible Hours & Benefits

Are you a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for customer service? Dan Wolf Automotive is looking for a full-time cashier to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has strong communication skills, and can work efficiently under pressure. Our full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday and Sundays off. Open Availability is required.

Records totals of counter tickets and repair orders, verifies against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication Qualifications Demonstrate superior customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming guest experience Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to multi-task Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to work evenings and weekends Professional appearance and strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr DAN WOLF AUTOMOTIVE GROUP
