Aboutthe Role:

AtLivePURE, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to ourBrand Partners and Customers. As a Brand Partner Sales Support Representative,you'll be the first point of contact-providing support, solving problems, andhelping others succeed.

Thisis more than a customer service role-you'll build relationships, recommendsolutions, and play a key part in supporting our growing community.

What You'll Do:

·      Provide friendly, professional support viaphone and email

·      Assist with questions related to products,orders, promotions, and rewards programs

·      Recommend products and share current promotionsusing a consultative approach

·      Process orders, returns, and paymentsaccurately

·      Conduct daily outbound outreach to shareupdates, offers, and opportunities

·      Resolve customer concerns quickly with a focuson first-call resolution

·      Stay informed on company products, programs,and incentives

·      Escalate complex issues when needed and keepleadership informed

·      Collaborate with your team and participate inongoing training

What We're Looking For:

·       1-3 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

·       A positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills

·       Comfort with upselling and promoting products or programs

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

·       High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·       Spanish/ English bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

·       Onsite at corporate office in Plano, TX

·       Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to business needs)

·       Fast-paced call center environment

·       Primarily seated, computer-based work
