Evening Mental Health Intake Specialist

Brentwood Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana seeks a compassionate Call Center Specialist for a part-time evening schedule to handle intake calls and walk-ins with empathy and urgency.

You will document assessments thoroughly, gather pertinent information, and direct callers to the appropriate level of care, while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for patients and families.
