Pediatric Physical Therapist

Position Pediatric Physical Therapist – Hampton, VA Overview As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will treat children from birth to 21 years, providing individualized one‑to‑one care, inviting parents and caregivers into sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech‑language pathologists. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children ranging from birth through 21 years. Conduct one‑to‑one therapy sessions, including physical, occupational, speech, and ABA services as appropriate. Invite parents and caregivers into sessions to teach home exercises and support skill transfer. Collaborate with team members, including co‑treatment when clinically appropriate. Document patient progress using the ScribeIQ AI documentation tool to reduce paperwork and increase time with patients. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
