Volt is immediately hiring for 1st Shift Service Technician in Mission, TX.

As a Service Technician you will:

• Install, service, and maintain equipment located exclusively within customer facility
• Ensure all machinery and chemical systems operate at peak efficiency
• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot JBT machinery and chemical systems in the packinghouse.
• Mix and test chemical solutions to verify proper dilution and effectiveness.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Maintain accurate logs for chemical usage, system performance, and maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory for leased machinery parts and chemical supplies to prevent shortages.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with industrial machinery
• Requires strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical School certification.
• Experience with electrical circuitry.
• Knowledge of computer programming or PLC programming

Pay Rate: $20.00- $22.00.00 an hour

Shift: 7am - 4pm: working 8+ hours per day, up to 7 days per week during peak season
