You verify quality, capture the run data, and team up with colleagues to keep production flowing for our client’s metal stamping operation. That’s impact you can see.

• Operate and oversee press line machinery to keep production efficient and consistent.
• Handle routine maintenance and diagnose minor issues to prevent downtime.
• Champion safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with your team to meet or exceed output targets.
• Document production metrics and escalate concerns to supervisors quickly.
• Mentor and support new operators during their ramp-up period.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background as a machine operator or in manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Self-starter who collaborates well with others.
• Detail-driven, with a passion for producing quality parts.
• Adaptable to flexible scheduling and overtime needs.

First shift: 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday. Team members moving to second or third shift will complete 2–4 weeks of training on first shift before transitioning.
