Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Physical Therapist License in MI

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift Days: Monday - Friday
No on-call requirement
Coverage area includes all of Delta County and portions of Dickinson and Menominee Counties within an approximate 1-hour radius of Escanaba
Responsibilities include physical therapy admissions, add-on evaluations, reassessments, discharges, creating individualized plans of care, supervising and collaborating with PTA, and participating in weekly case conferences and monthly staff meetings
