Associate Procurement Agent

Position Overview Associate Procurement Agent – The Boeing Company (BGS). Location: Ridley Park, PA. Responsibilities Integrates program, customer, product and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management. Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies. Basic Qualifications (Required) 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 1+ years drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts & subcontracts. 1+ years interpreting/enforcing contract terms and conditions. Fluent in verbal and written English. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred but not required). Experience in a cross‑functional environment. Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes. Experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance. Business acumen and understanding. Experience with US‑Government FAR‑compliant proposals. Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts. Credit Check This position will require a credit check. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred but not required). Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications and market considerations. Pay Range $62,000 – $88,000 Location & Relocation Ridley Park, PA. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit.
