Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Phoenix, Arizona. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in various personal injury cases. Responsibilities Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or general liability experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (AZ required). Skills Strong case management and organizational skills. Proficient in legal research and writing.
