Job Summary:
Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our culinary team! As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutrition and dining experiences for our residents. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of foods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for our residents and staff
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement menus and meal plans to meet the nutritional needs of our residents
Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our dining experience
Requirements:
0 years of experience in food service or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
