Qualifications:
- Active Colorado teaching license with Special Education endorsement required
- Experience supporting K-5 students with mild to moderate special education needs
- Willingness and ability to support toileting and manage mild/moderate behaviors
- Collaborative team player and adaptive educator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide instructional support for a caseload of up to 15 students (shared oversight with a co-teacher)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, therapists, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state/district standards
