The Northern Lighthouse, Inc. is looking for a full-time Case Manager to join our dedicated and compassionate team. This position offers hybrid scheduling options, with in-office training and orientation to help set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited institution of higher education required, preferably in a social services-related field
• MHRT-C preferred
• Must be willing/able to obtain MHRT certification, if not currently held
• Strong communication, organization, advocacy, and time-management skills
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethical standards

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain an average of 25 billable hours per week for a full-time position
• Attend supervisory meetings and clinical supervision as required
  • Case Managers providing 20+ hours of direct service per week are required to participate in 1 hour of supervision weekly (4 hours monthly)
  • Supervision requirements are prorated for staff working fewer direct-service hours
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time each week to maintain compliance with agency and state requirements
• Effectively organize and manage work responsibilities to meet agency and funding-source deadlines and requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and provider information
• Demonstrate a commitment to established professional and ethical standards
• Provide direct support to clients and families in accessing and securing community resources and services
• Advocate for clients and assist them in developing skills that promote independence and successful community integration
