As an Insurance Advisor, you'll collaborate with Account Managers and Service Advisors in managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth across your book of business.
Whether you specialize in Commercial Lines , Personal Lines , or Employee Benefits , we're always looking to connect with experienced, licensed producers who thrive in a client-first sales environment.
Distinguishing Characteristics
- Active Texas General Lines P&C and/or L&H license
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
- Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic or CRM tools preferred
- Ability to build trust, explain complex concepts, and deliver tailored insurance solutions
