Job TitleESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Verification and acceptance of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantity.Ensures that all receiving reports inclusive of food, non-food and beverage are done daily and on a timely basis.Perform cycle countsCarry out monthly inventories with Controlling; ensure orderliness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibilityVerify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotelAssist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing product, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departmentsEnsure tidiness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibilityEnsure FIFO is followed for all transactionsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitationAny others duties requested by supervisor/managementSPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY :The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills or ability.Positive attitude and good communication skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceExcellent grooming standardsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or as part of a teamWORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High School graduate or equivalent preferred but not necessaryPrevious receiving experience with stock control responsibility1 year of recent experience as a Warehouse ClerkStrong communication skillsMUST be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbsDependable and on-time for your scheduled shiftDetail-oriented and able to multi-taskAble to work at a fast-paceEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
