to join our team in a full-time float position supporting our

Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton clinics . What You'll Do

As a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinics and an important part of keeping daily operations running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Greet patients and provide a warm, professional, and positive experience

Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling

Coordinate and optimize provider schedules to support efficient clinic operations

Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient eligibility

Accurately collect copays, patient balances, and other payments

Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within our EMR system

Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical team members

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office

Float between our Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton locations as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. Ideal qualifications include: Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar healthcare position

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office

Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional, friendly, and dependable approach to patient care

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and adapt to different clinic environments

Previous medical insurance verification and benefits experience preferred
