We're partnering with a well-established, high-volume casual dining brand known for its legendary hospitality, community involvement, and loyal guest following to identify an exceptional General Manager for its Defuniak Springs, FL location.

 

Location: Defuniak Springs, FL

Position: General Manager

Compensation: Up to $75,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.

• Lead daily front and back-of-house operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and operational excellence
• Manage P&L performance, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and recognition
• Lead from the floor, solve challenges in real time, and create memorable guest experiences

 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Proven experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and restaurant operations
• Calm, confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
• A leader who takes ownership and enjoys developing people
