We deliver integrated business expertise with scalable, repeatable technology solutions specifically engineered for each sector.Deloitte’s Financial Services Industry consulting practice is the largest in the world, serving over 90% of Fortune 500 banking, insurance, securities, investment management, and real estate companies.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics, or computer science2+ years of experience supporting strategy, operations, product, or business transformation initiatives in financial services or management consulting1+ years of experience supporting transformation programs, including new product launches, platform migrations, or business integrations, across the project lifecycle1+ years of experience collaborating with business and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions for technology or business transformation projectsAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Experience developing problem statements, workplans, and recommendations for business or technology transformation projectsExperience coordinating client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver defined project milestonesExperience conducting primary and secondary research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop insights and recommendationsExperience preparing presentation materials for business and technical audiencesMaster of Business Administration; Master of Science in engineering; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; Six Sigma certification; or Lean certificationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,200 to $179,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
