Payroll Administrator
Required Skills & Experience: Review, reconcile, and process accurate, timely payrolls for full-time employees and contractors.
Prepare and verify payroll calculations; generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
Validate employee records (PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, bank details), maintain payroll data integrity, and coordinate with HR/Shared Services to resolve discrepancies.
Administer statutory payments and filings: PF, PT, TDS (monthly/quarterly/annual), and year-end returns.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: KEKA exp would be great
Prior staffing background
Job Description: 3- 5+ years of experience physically running payroll or hands on direct experience
Above average comms as they will be communicating with field but also directly with employees in India
Great teammate and hard worker
