Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
• Background in managing mild to moderate caseloads
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to split time between 1-2 nearby school sites
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with school-based therapy documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students identified with communication needs
• Assess, develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Conduct screenings and assessments in compliance with educational standards
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer teacher and classroom consultations as required
