Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inventory Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a growing company and make a real impact in the industry. This position requires advanced skills in ordering, receiving, and shipping, as well as managing complex inventory systems and interacting with vendors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed. What you will be doing: Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure that all inventory is in stock and readily available for customers. Follow up on outstanding orders. Assist customers with selecting the appropriate inventory for their needs and provide product information and pricing as requested. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with other related duties as assigned. Receive incoming inventory shipments. Inspect inventory for accuracy and quality. Sort and categorize inventory. Process and fulfill customer orders. Update inventory management systems. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Perform regular inventory audits. Package and label inventory for shipment. Comply with safety and security procedures. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency. Report any discrepancies or issues to management. Process payments. What we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal skills. Familiarity with inventory management software. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency. Willingness to learn and adapt. Forklift experience not required but is preferred.
