Deposit Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and member service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and actively promote the organization's mission, core values, and long-term objectives while adhering to bylaws, regulations, and internal policies.Review, sort, distribute, scan, and file internal documentation from various departments and branches.Maintain and manage account signature cards and agreements for both active and closed accounts.Conduct research and respond to inquiries for internal teams and external members.Perform account and balance verifications and resolve discrepancies.Balance assigned General Ledger accounts on a daily and monthly basis.Complete daily balancing of ATM/ITM transactions (as assigned).Process levies, garnishments, and account hold procedures in compliance with regulations.Research, process, and correct redeemed savings bonds.Handle daily return item processing.Perform Fiserv IP processing and reconciliation.Process and support IRA and HSA accounts, including assisting members with related inquiries (training provided).QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to think critically and leverage internal and external resources to solve problemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience in financial services or operations is preferredCollins Community Credit Union is an EEO Employer.
