Senior Civil EngineerWe are an established, civil engineering firm with large-scale, commercial, multi-family residential, and public works projects in LA County.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of complex civil engineering plans and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including grading, earthwork, utility layouts, stormwater conveyance, and erosion control details.Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications; prepare technical proposals, fee estimates, and progress reports.Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subconsultants, surveyors, and geotechnical partners, to deliver integrated design solutions.QualificationsBachelors degree or greater in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license (we do have openings for Engineers on the path to licensure as well, please apply and indicate)5-10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with demonstrated leadership on site development, land development, or heavy civil projects.BenefitsBonus incentivesComprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageRetirement with employer matchRobust vacation package10 paid holidaysPTO/Sick leaveOpportunities for additional training and mentorship, PE licensure, and career advancement
