Job Summary


Our client is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join a dynamic and specialized medical practice. The primary responsibilities include managing patient communication, coordinating schedules, and providing top-tier customer service to patients.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive patient communication, including high-volume phone lines, correspondence, and emails.
• Coordinate, streamline, and maintain a highly complex surgical and clinic schedule for a busy specialized practice.
• Provide elite, concierge-level customer service to local, virtual, and international patients traveling for specialized care.
• Execute efficient clinical room turnovers and provide general administrative support to the medical team.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a tight-knit 3-4 person team to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Skills

• High proficiency in medical administrative duties, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems.
• Proven experience managing heavy patient communication with a high degree of professional etiquette.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced medical provider's calendar.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
