You’ll oversee daily workflows, manage and support caregivers, and drive initiatives that enhance patient care, team performance, and practice growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leading with compassion and excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the practice Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture Contribute to strategic planning and practice development Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (education may substitute for experience) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or supervisory role (unless preferred education is met) Skills & Abilities: Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset Communication: Clear, compassionate, and effective communicator What Makes You a Great Fit for Mercy?
