The role will support store hardware/software, mobile devices, POS peripherals, software deployments, and technology troubleshooting across retail locations.Required Skills:10+ years of IT experience.Strong MDM / Mobile Device Management experience.Hands-on Android device administration.Experience with POS / retail technology.Remote technical support experience.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Scripting/automation experience preferred.Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Columbus, OH.
