What You’ll Do Support fit execution from proto through PP approval across dresses and women's sportswear Attend and participate in live model fittings with Design and the Senior Technical Designer Create and update tech packs, measurement specs, and construction details Track fit comments, measurement updates, and construction corrections Communicate technical comments and approvals with domestic and overseas factories Partner closely with Production throughout development and PP stages Update technical flats and construction callouts using Adobe Illustrator Maintain measurement charts, fit logs, and development tracking in Excel Collaborate with the in‑house atelier on proto adjustments and construction refinements Who You Are 2–3+ years of Technical Design experience in women's apparel Strong experience in woven, soft‑woven, and dress categories Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and measurements Experience working with overseas factories (India, Vietnam, China preferred) Proficient in PLM systems (or similar), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Design, Production, and factory partners Application Requirement All applicants must include a portfolio or samples of their work to be considered.
