Warriors 2 Workforce is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers and Concrete Foremen for long-term commercial construction projects in the Cincinnati area.

Projects may include healthcare facilities, industrial construction, large commercial buildings, distribution centers, parking structures, and other complex commercial concrete work.

We are looking for experienced finishers who can contribute immediately in the field, as well as experienced foremen capable of leading crews and coordinating concrete operations.

Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Depending on experience and position, responsibilities may include:

• Place, vibrate, level, and finish commercial concrete
• Perform hard-trowel, broom, edge, joint, and other specified finishes
• Operate riding and walk-behind trowel machines
• Assist with or lead slab-on-grade and elevated-deck pours
• Work with pump crews during large commercial concrete placements
• Apply cure and seal products
• Read plans and perform basic layout as required
• Maintain concrete quality standards and finish tolerances
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements
• Work safely and efficiently on active commercial construction projects

Foreman Candidates

Foreman-level applicants should also have experience:

• Leading commercial concrete crews
• Planning and coordinating daily field activities
• Reading plans and coordinating layout
• Managing production, quality, and crew performance
• Communicating with project supervision and other trades

Requirements

• Commercial concrete finishing experience required
• 2+ years preferred for Finishers
• Demonstrated crew-leadership experience required for Foreman consideration
• Experience with commercial concrete placements and large slab pours strongly preferred
• Experience operating riding and/or walk-behind trowels preferred
• Ability to work full-time and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to Cincinnati-area jobsites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to meet commercial jobsite background, drug-screening, and badging requirements
• OSHA 30 required for this project or willingness/ability to obtain it before starting
