Duration: Short-Term Project (Approximately 35 Days)

Pay: $20 per hour

About the Opportunity

Our nonprofit client is seeking a reliable and personable Temporary Membership Renewal Representative to assist with a short-term outreach project. This role is focused on contacting members whose memberships have lapsed and encouraging them to renew their membership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and can efficiently work through a high-volume contact list.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to approximately 1,500 lapsed members
• Inform members of their membership status and renewal options
• Answer basic questions regarding membership benefits and renewal processes
• Accurately document call outcomes and member responses
• Maintain a professional and positive experience with every interaction
• Work through assigned call lists in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or membership outreach experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Professional, friendly, and persistent demeanor
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills
• Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout the project
