Director of Merchandising (Basics/Loungewear)

This role will lead high-level product and assortment strategy across multiple channels and markets, using business performance, customer insights, and market trends to help shape future growth. The person in this position will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to guide planning, support innovation, and ensure product decisions align with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning across product categories, channels, and markets. Use customer insights, trend research, and business data to inform assortment decisions. Support pricing, margin, and product mix strategies that align with growth objectives. Guide product lifecycle decisions based on performance and market needs. Partner with internal teams to align planning, launches, and broader business initiatives. Analyze performance metrics and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Identify market opportunities and evolving consumer preferences to support future strategy. Present insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Ideal Background Significant experience in merchandising, product strategy, or a related business function. Strong leadership skills with experience working across multiple teams and business areas. Ability to balance strategic planning with detailed execution. Strong analytical and commercial decision‑making capabilities. Experience in multi-channel or omnichannel environments is preferred.
