IT Helpdesk Engineer (Korean / English bilingual)

The ITS Helpdesk Engineer will provide comprehensive technical support to clients' employees across North, Central, and South America. This 100% on-site role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to office staff, factory workers, and C-level executives, ensuring users can effectively utilize technology in their respective roles. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests for technical assistance via walk-in, phone, and emails Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime Install/configure Windows PCs, software, and printers Maintain images, drivers, software, and scripts in Windows imaging system Collaborate with other IT teams to implement best practices Conduct research using available resources Triage issues and escalate to the responsible resource Maintain documentation to be up to date Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: Experience with providing customer service in a corporate environment Experience with providing tailored services to high-profile executives Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in any circumstance Solid working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software Ability to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions Critical-thinking skills to perform root-cause analyses and make decisions Ability to work with others internally and externally Knowledge/Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Azure Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Basic network troubleshooting knowledge include DHCP, DNS, and VPN Experience with scripting (Batch, PowerShell) Bilingual in Korean/English preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexien Inc.
