Corporate Development Manager

As Global Roofing Group continues to expand, it is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle, and make a direct impact on the company’s future. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, eager to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, focusing on the B2B SaaS LegalTech and enterprise software sectors (including CRM, ERP, and vertical SaaS). Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and outreach to build and maintain a robust acquisition pipeline. Develop and maintain advanced financial models to assess valuation, returns, capital structure, and sensitivities for potential investments. Present key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making. Coordinate and execute due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external advisors (legal, tax, HR, accounting). Assess operational, financial, and cultural fit of acquisition targets. Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation, working closely with executive leadership and advisors on creative deal terms. Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution to ensure smooth transitions and realization of value. Track and report on performance metrics for acquired entities. Partner with leadership on broader corporate strategy initiatives, including capital allocation, competitive benchmarking, and long-term growth planning. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance. Experience with full-cycle M&A execution, due diligence processes, and legal/financial deal structuring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
