Server Position at Timberline Steaks & GrilleMission Yogurt is seeking full-time Servers for Timberline Steaks & Grille, opening soon at the Denver Airport. Join us for our newest location! We are hiring now in preparation for our upcoming opening. Selected candidates will begin employment on or after November 1, 2026, as we prepare for our grand reopening.We're looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you'll serve quality beverages, provide exceptional table service, deliver memorable guest experiences, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and work collaboratively with your team to ensure every guest leaves happy. If you're energetic, dependable, and passionate about great food, drinks, and hospitality, we'd love to have you on our team!Pay: $16.27 + TIPS!What Mission Yogurt Offers You:Paid sick timeEmployee discountPaid RTD EcoPass or Employee Parking*Room for professional growth!Employee discountsWhat We Are Looking For:Strong, experienced servers/bartenders who are excited to help develop a culture of support and open communication within the restaurant.Candidates who have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and Flexibility.Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.Prior experience working as a server and bartender in a high-volume environmentEnsures all operating and quality standards are met.Upholds a professional and ethical style and presentation.Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.Job Specific Duties:Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables.Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system in a timely fashion.Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests.Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks, offering appetizers or desserts, and checking in regularly during meals.Make drinks for the restaurant and take orders from guests sitting at the bar.Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.Maintain a clean and orderly dining room: Pre-bus tables, wipe tables, counters, and chairs, sweep the dining area, and restock items around the restaurant as needed.Stock all products needed during and at the end of the shift to ensure the next shift is set for success.Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and service.Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.Make certain to check valid identification when serving alcoholic beverages.Excited to help develop new concepts and support restaurant culture.Physical Demands:Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
