Senior HVAC Service Technician

Location: Central Oregon

AccuAir Heating & Cooling, a locally owned and operated company in Central Oregon, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and loves delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional weekends and evenings as needed)
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour + Full Benefits Package
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver high-quality service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional and dependable work
- Work independently while receiving full support from an experienced team
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 skill set or higher
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- NATE Core Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely work from ladders and use power/hand tools
- Willingness to invest in personal tools and continued training
Nice-to-Haves:
- HVAC technical school certificate
- Own set of professional tools
