Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position providing end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Elmhurst, IL area. This role includes a $10,000 first‑year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the state where you work. At least two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
