QA Automation EngineerWe are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing automated test scripts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans.Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation.Mandatory Skills:Strong proficiency in Python programming.Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Pytest).Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.Preferred Skills:Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in QA automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
