Highlights Location: Hartford, CT Facility: Hartford Hospital Department/Unit: 91002-Surgical Svc North 11 Schedule: Full Time Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Graduate Nurses, up to $5,000 for experienced nurses What You'll Do Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Develop a plan of care addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care. Participate in the Ayer Neuroscience Institute Neuroscience Nurse Developmental Fellowship program. Provide care for Neurosurgical and Trauma patients in a surgical unit with private rooms. Cross-train into the epilepsy unit as part of professional development. Maintain Stroke Certification as part of unit qualifications.
