What You’ll Do: Own the full-cycle recruiting process —sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing top talent Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and align on business needs Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse) Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals Manage pipeline activity and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) Extend offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree Proven success sourcing and closing top performers in a competitive environment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred) Resilience, competitiveness, and the drive to exceed goals What’s In It for You?
