Seasonal Remote Tech Support Specialist

TaxSlayer LLC is hiring Seasonal Technical Support Specialists to join our 100% remote team for the 2026 tax season, starting December 2026. You’ll assist customers using TaxSlayer Pro software with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues. We welcome strong communicators with IT know-how, willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
