From Clock-In to Clock-Out: What You'll Need To Get Behind The Wheel

Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up forklifts performing basic operations such as driving forward, driving backwards, lifting and lowering the boom, and maneuvering in tight areas without damaging products. Perform a safety inspection each day before driving the forklift. Load and unload materials from trucks. Perform all safety and housekeeping activities, including but not limited to conducting pre-trip and post-trip checks. Comply with all of Reach safety standards and requirements Reviewing daily documentation for accuracy and keeping the work area neat and clutter free. Pull down what needs to be picked. Put away what is pulled down to pick with. Act in a warehouse associate role when forklift operation is not needed, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping roles. Sorting pallets. Other duties assigned by management.
