Payroll Coordinator

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Business Administration Degree - Preferred
General office experience preferably in a manufacturing facility or related experience to demonstrate proficiency
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and managing emails
Serve as the first point of contact for the facility; greet visitors and manage the reception area.
Maintain communication systems, office equipment, and general housekeeping of common areas.
Assist with personnel records per legal and company policy
Maintain documentation and training records
Maintain filing system in compliance with Corporate Retention Policy
Monitor and order office supplies
Support with the planning and coordination of site engagement activities
Review, edit, and update Employee Handbook, and CBA documents Comments/Special Instructions
Experience with Microsoft 365 (word and outlook specifically) is required.
