Natalie Lue with Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager ready to take the next step toward a Controller title. Looking for experience in restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, food service, retail, or other client service-driven environments. Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, cost controls, and operational finance support. Strong Excel skills and a collaborative, business-partner mindset required.

• Experience in a senior accounting capacity with responsibility for financial record accuracy.

• Strong working knowledge of general ledger processes, account reconciliation, and financial reporting practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage document control activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Practical experience scanning, organizing, and compiling business records in a structured environment.

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and identifying variances across financial transactions.

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain well-organized documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills for working across accounting and administrative teams
