Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
