RN / Registered Nurse - Days - Part-Time or Full Time

We are adding a Full time or Part-Time Home Health RN / Registered Nurse, whichever fits your schedule best. Join a great Home Health Care team! If you are team oriented, personable, and have strong clinical, assessment, and organizational skills, this can be the position for you. A current RN / Registered Nurse license with some nursing experience is required. Home care experience is not required, we can train with the support of our great team. • Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform clinical assessments and organize patient care plans.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Some nursing experience required; home health experience not required.
• Ability to pass satisfactory background and reference checks.
• Must be insurable for company auto use.
