Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to join our growing team at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a pediatrician who enjoys a predictable schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and a practice dedicated to newborn care.

Work Life Balance You Can Count On

• Steady 8 hour shifts
• No overnight call

Dedicated Newborn Focus

• Care exclusively for infants in the Well Baby Nursery
• Neonatologists and NNPs handle delivery attendance and NICU management

Robust Clinical Support

• On site Level III NICU for seamless escalation of care
• Approximately 1,700 annual deliveries , with 95% of newborn admissions supported by our team

• More than 100 years of service to the Greater Richmond community
• A full service acute care facility with recognized strengths in cancer and neurological care
