ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate on the Scott Sutton State Farm team, you'll play an important role in helping our customers while contributing to the continued growth of our agency. You'll build relationships, learn what matters most to each customer, and help connect them with insurance products and services that fit their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help customers understand available insurance products and coverage options.
• Guide customers through the application process and assist with their insurance needs.
• Respond to customer questions and provide friendly, timely assistance.
• Keep customer information and interactions accurately documented and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
• Organized, attentive to details, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Previous customer service, sales, or other people-focused experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
