Estimator/Project Manager
Seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to manage civil construction projects from estimating through field completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare civil construction take-offs, bids, and project estimates.
- Coordinate daily field schedules and project activities.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Order project materials and track change orders throughout the job.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets through field completion.
- Supervise crews and coordinate daily field activities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role managing multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with takeoff software, Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organization and effective time management skills.
- CDL preferred but not required.
