Operations Specialist – Keyence U.S. Headquarters – Itasca, IL Location: Keyence U.S. Headquarters – Itasca, IL Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $81,281 What You’ll Do The Operations Specialist at KEYENCE will strategically coordinate all aspects of the company’s operations including purchasing, invoice review and processing, vendor management, travel management, event planning, and project management. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for proactively improving company processes. Having a high degree of attention to detail, analytical and complex problem-solving skills is required. Process purchase orders, reconcile purchase discrepancies, and verify invoices Strategically negotiate costs, discount terms, and contracts with vendors Review price proposals, contracts, and purchase orders for conformance to company policy Negotiate prices, discount terms, delivery arrangements, and contracts with vendors Create reports, cost analyses, and project timelines Coordinate projects and events to ensure timely and smooth implementation Proactively identify areas to improve the company’s operations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize and organize for on-time completion of multiple tasks and projects Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships Negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook High attention to detail and organization What We Offer Base Salary: $64,800 Bonus Target: $16,481 annually (performance-based), paid quarterly Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K match, ~4 weeks PTO in first full year Career Growth: Promote-from-within culture with base and bonus increases Why KEYENCE?
